Billing & payments
Directly. Members pay through UPI, cards or netbanking and the money settles into your own payment account. World of Gym never holds your revenue.
We retry automatically at smart intervals and send the member a WhatsApp reminder with a payment link. You see every failed and recovered payment in your dashboard.
Yes, refunds are issued from your dashboard and tracked against the member's record. Refund timelines follow your payment provider (typically 5–7 working days).
Websites & domains
On Growth and Pro, point your domain to us and SSL is configured automatically. Your worldofgym.cloud subdomain keeps working alongside it.
Your logo, colors, photos, sections and content are all editable from the dashboard. Changes go live instantly.
Portfolios
Private by default. Each member chooses what to publish — from nothing at all to their full progress timeline.
Portfolios belong to the person, not the gym. Trainers and members keep their page and history when they move.
