1. Data we collect

When a gym signs up we collect account details such as the gym's name, the owner's name, email address and phone number. When a gym manages its members through World of Gym, member details entered by the gym — names, contact information, plan and attendance records — are stored on the gym's behalf.

We also collect usage information (pages visited, features used, device and browser type) to keep the service reliable and improve it.

2. How we use it

To provide and operate gym websites, portfolios, member management and billing.
To send service messages such as receipts, renewal reminders and important account notices.
To improve reliability, prevent abuse and understand which features help gyms most.

We do not sell personal data. Ever.

Data is shared only with the service providers needed to run the platform — payment processors, messaging providers and cloud hosting — and only to the extent required. Each provider is bound by its own data-protection obligations.

4. Security

All traffic is encrypted with TLS. Data is stored in access-controlled cloud infrastructure with encrypted backups. Payment credentials are handled entirely by our payment partners and never touch our servers.

5. Your rights

You can access, correct or export your data from your dashboard at any time. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by writing to us; gym owners are responsible for honouring similar requests from their own members.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for login sessions and a small number of analytics cookies to understand product usage. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser without losing core functionality.
