1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. Gym owners are responsible for the actions of staff accounts they create.

2. The service

World of Gym provides gym websites, personal portfolio pages, member management and subscription billing as a hosted service. We may improve or modify features over time; material changes that reduce functionality will be announced in advance.

3. Payments & subscriptions

• Plan fees are billed monthly or yearly in advance and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
• Member payments collected through the platform settle to the gym's own payment account.
• Trials convert to paid plans only when you choose a plan — never automatically.
• You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period.

4. Your content

Your gym's content — logos, photos, plans and member data — remains yours. You grant us the licence needed to host and display it as part of the service. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the platform for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful, don't attempt to breach its security, and don't upload content you don't have rights to. We may suspend accounts that put other users or the platform at risk.

6. Termination

You may close your account at any time and export your data beforehand. We may terminate accounts that materially breach these terms, with notice where practical.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim arose.
